Just wanting to know everyone's opinion. Do you prefer your manga in oneshots or series? I am including manga that comes in one volume in the oneshot category... Do you like your manga to be in a nice little package or a long winding series filled plot twists abound?

I prefer medium length pieces. Stories like Bleach drag on and on, when a logical ending seems apparent. If anything, a new series should be created to avoid some redundancy (and the tendency to get OP, followed by extremely weak again) evident in these sort of plots. Create new characters and tell a story from a fresh perspective. This is why I felt the Death Note series was of merit. It ended after a reasonable amount of time. It is also why I fear picking up Naruto, because I know I'll never get through it.

I think it depends on the story. There are aome manga that are perfectly wrapped up in a single volume. And then there are some where the story could've gone on and been so much more. Basically, I like manga where the story is allowed to branch out and explore its possibilities. Some, however, are made to be short.
